5:00 to 7:00pm - Costumes Encouraged!
5:00pm - Meet at SE Jackson St. & SE Douglas Ave. (Event Kick-Off)
5:20pm - Parade Down Jackson St., (Released to Trick-or-Treat After)

Neewollah is Halloween spelled backwards - in case you didn’t know. This is a community event to offer children and families in Douglas County a safe and festive place to show off their costumes, trick or treat, and celebrate together!
