Roseburg's 150th Anniversary, 1872 – 2022 On October 3, 1872, Roseburg became officially incorporated by the state of Oregon. That makes this year Roseburg’s 150th birthday. Celebrate Roseburg’s rich past and blossoming future with a series of events this fall. The Birthday Party in Stewart Park celebration will include food trucks, youth activities, and a proclamation, and will take place between 12:00pm and 4:00pm.
