First Week’s Menu: January 31st: Bullseye Sandwich – Salami, mortadella, coppa, prosciutto, provolone (baked), topped with pesto, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, red onion, arugula, basil, and a drizzle of garlic-infused olive oil.
