Adapt, Thrive Umpqua, the Umpqua Valley BIPOC Community, and a number of our Douglas County community partners invite you to the Douglas County Recovery Road 5K on Saturday, September 30th, 2023!

This is a free event hosted by our very own team in recognition of those who are in recovery, and in support of those taking steps towards it. We’ll have speeches from those in recovery, performances by some great local and regional talent, and a presentation of recognition for contributions to local recovery. Every step taken at this event will echo the impact of recovery in our community.

The day kicks off with an opportunity to connect with various community groups starting at 8:00 AM. Day-of runner registration begins at 9:00 AM, and the run starts at 9:30 AM. Stick around until 1:00 PM to enjoy great music and quality time with your community!
