Spring is around the corner and Roseburg is blossoming with locally-owned, new businesses. Here are just a few places to check out on your next trip to Roseburg.

Bar Run Golf and RV Resort is Roseburg’s newest public golf course that anticipates fully opening in July 2022, with the RV resort set to open in April. Bar Run is currently running a preview play of the first 10 holes. The course and RV resort sits nestled at the back of a several-hundred-acre farmland that hosts both a cherry and hazelnut orchard along with the Umpqua Sand and Gravel mine. The 18-hole, par-70 public course hugs the South Umpqua River and was designed by Dan Hixson who is well known for his course designs at Bandon Crossings, Wine Valley and Silvies Valley Ranch. The resort will also have 71 full-hook-up RV sites, four tiny homes, a clubhouse, pool and fitness center, as well as a driving range. Bar Run is located less than five miles from Interstate 5 in Roseburg at 640 Shady Drive. Rates for 18 holes will be $45 walking or $65 with a cart and $35 walking or $45 with a cart for 9-holes.

Tee times can be booked for their current hours Thursdays through Mondays by visiting barrungolf.com or calling (541) 492-0000.
