Roseburg loves your furry friends as much as you do. Here are a few favorite spots that will get you and your dog outside, experiencing Roseburg together.

Happy Tails Dog Park is located in the southeast section of downtown Roseburg right off the South Umpqua River. The park is one acre of fenced-in dog fun and includes benches, portable water, doggie stations and trash cans. It is located at the end of Southeast Templin Avenue and Southeast Arizona Street, and is open dawn to dusk.

The City of Roseburg offers an extensive paved path system:

  • Dog and beer lovers — take the Downtown Route. It follows the gorgeous South Umpqua River that is less crowded and intersects with Gaddis Park. Pop off the trail at the park and head up the quiet Highland Street to the large parking lot before reaching Garden Valley Avenue. Cross through the parking lot and you’ll find dog-friendly Two Shy Brewing. Both of you can refresh your palates.
  • The Stewart Park Loop offers a number of parks for on-leash play.

In addition to Two Shy Brewery, Backside Brewing Company located at 1640 NE Odell Avenue in downtown Roseburg has a great, outdoor dog-friendly area (with delicious craft beer/food).
