Located 15 miles west of Winston near the community of Tenmile, the reservoir spans 250 acres at full pool and is a popular multiple-use recreation destination. The reservoir is a good fishery for largemouth bass and stocked rainbow trout. Bluegill and yellow perch also abound. There are two day use sites. The largest is at the boat ramp and another located a half mile to the west is for non-boating day use activities. Restrooms and picnicking facilities are located at both.
